It’s Almost Here . . . 31 Days, 31 Lists!
A couple folks have asked me if 2019 will see a return of my 31 Days, 31 Lists series. If you’re unfamiliar with it, every year I try to combat the age old problem of figuring out how to properly celebrate all the great books I’ve seen in a given year. It isn’t easy, and I miss a lot, but even so it turns out to be shockingly easy to come up with this many lists. I’ve been keeping meticulous track of everything I’ve seen, and the results are in.

It’s just a suggestion, and I hate to make it, because you’re already working so hard. But couldn’t we learn about the transcendent holiday books at the beginning of December, so that we could buy them? I like to add a good holiday book to my personal collection every year.
Tracey Elrod says
I can’t wait! I always use your lists to catch up on things I missed. And this is the year I will read 1000+ books!
Jean says
I second Daphne’s request for the holiday list earlier in the month. Looking forward to all the lists, in whatever order!
Elizabeth Bird says
Ooo. It has never been done before but . . . aw, heck. Why not? I’ll see what I can do.

Thank you for this incredible list of lists! I can’t wait to read them all to my toddler! What a wonderful resource these lists are for parents!
