There Are Only FIVE Voting Days Left! *tick tick tick tick . . . .*

April 10, 2012 by Betsy Bird   6 comments

First off, check this out:

Slick, right?  Mark at SLJ made me this in honor of the brand new Top 100 Picture Books / Top 100 Novel Polls going on.  As y’all know, time is running out.  On April 15th the gong sounds and we will accept NO MORE VOTES for your top 10 books for kids.  So run run run and tally tally tally!  There’s still time to submit your favorites.  For the full rules and regulations, check out my previous post here.

Oh, and here are the other banners for the occasion.  Aren’t they spiffy?

Is it Mark Tuchman, who did the fantastic Battle of the Kids’ Books logos for each battle? Any chance he’d do an awesome logo for each of the books in your poll, or is that too many books? LOVE his work.

Mark Tuchman it is, Genevieve. And he’s got something planned for the poll that knocks my socks off. You won’t see it for a little while but when it’s done . . . boy howdy!

Yay! Can’t wait to see it.

I can’t wait to see the results! When do you start posting them? I’m sure all your number-crunchers are hard at work!

They are! My hope is to start posting the results as of May 1st. Fingers crossed that that works out!
