Book Trailer Reveal: Something’s Wrong! by Jory John and Erin Kraan
I have a bit of a treat for you this week. You see, it appears that the pandemic has started to finally yield picture books that speak directly to our current situation. I’m sure I’m not surprising any of you when I direct your attention to books like LeUyen Pham’s Outside, Inside or something like There is a Rainbow by Theresa Trinder. But there is a subtler message being delivered right now.
Folks, I’m talking about pants and whether or not we’re wearing them. Remember all those “Are you wearing pants?” jokes from the early days of the coronavirus? Well, the time has come to answer that question.

Today, it is my infinite pleasure to help reveal the brand new book trailer for New York Times-bestselling author Jory John (The Bad Seed, The Good Egg, etc.) and illustrator Erin Kraan’s brand new picture book Something’s Wrong! (on sale March 23).
Behold, a bear who’s having a bad day. Jeff (the bear in question) has a horrible, nagging feeling that something is not quite right. He has no idea how right he is.
Interestingly enough, this is not the ONLY pantless picture book of 2021. But more on that later . . .
Now enjoy:
Many thanks to Morgan Rath and the folks at Macmillan for the premiere. Something’s Wrong! hits bookshelves tomorrow, March 23rd.
