Discover/Explore why the award is so important to emerging artists and writers, to the entire field and to children and their families.
Join us for a panel discussion moderated by Barbara Genco, Collection Management Editor, Library Journal; with Deborah Pope, Executive Director, Ezra Jack Keats Foundation; Miriam Lang Budin, Head of Children’s Services at Chappaqua Library ; writer and illustrator Pat Cummings; Lisa Von Drasek Children’s Librarian, Bank Street College of Education; and writer and illustrator Marisabina Russo.
