Kidlit Drink Night: August 5th!
Well we skipped July because . . . um. To be honest we kinda forgot about July. There was an ALA Conference. Cheryl just finished a book. You understand.
But August we intend to do a Kidlit Drink Night bright and early! Set your clocks, your calendars, your phasers, what have you. Details include:
When: Thursday, August 5th at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Characters on 54th Street between Broadway and 8th
Will There Be Odd Nametags That Make a Play on the Name of the Bar?: I make no promises
Do come if you happen to be in town, happen to live in town, or just have always wanted to attend. Kidlit Drink Nights are a (usually) monthly occurrence wherein folks meet in bars and discuss hot topics for fun. It’s casual. Everyone is welcome. We’d love to see you there.
